O RDER This criminal original petition has been filed seeking direction to transfer the investigation in Crime No.172 of 2020 pending on the file of the 2nd Respondent to the file of 3rd Respondent.

2.The petitioner is the defacto complainant in this case. On the basis of the complaint lodged by him a case in Crime No.172 of 2020 has been registered against the accused persons for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 294(b), 447, 506(i) and 379 of IPC. Though the case was registered in the year 2020, there is no progress in the investigation. Hence, he seeks transfer of investigation.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that investigation in this case has been completed and final report was made ready. Because of the non completion of official formalities, it could not be presented. 4.Since the investigation has been completed and final report is made ready, there is no question of transfer of investigation. Let the final report be presented 2/4

before the concerned Court by the respondent police immediately. 5.With the above said directions, this criminal original petition is dismissed.
