ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to set aside and modify the condition in the order dt.12/9/2023 made in Crl.MP.No.104457/2023 on the file of the Learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Pudukottai. 1/3

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the deceased cow is aged about 2 years only and it is worth about Rs.15,000/- and it is also submitted in the Post Mortem certificate of the Medical Officer and seeking to modify the condition.

3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police and perused the records.

4. The Postmortem done by the Veterinary Doctor stated that the cow is aged about two years and the market value is Rs.15,000/-.

5. In these circumstances, the condition No.10 imposed in Crl.M.P.No.104457/2023, dated 12.09.2023 by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Pudukottai is modified to the effect that instead of Rs.25,000/- the petitioner is directed to deposit a sum of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand only) as directed by the trial Court. All other conditions remains un-altered.
