2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that she is withdrawing the review application and she has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the endorsement so made, the review application is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
