ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mrs.S.SRIMATHY, Special Government Pleader for the petitioners and of Mr.M.JOSEPH THATHEUS JEROME, Advocate on behalf of the Respondents, the court made the following order:- (Order of the Court was made by M.SATHYANARAYANAN,J.) This Court heard the submission of Mrs.S.Srimathy, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the petitioners/appellants and Mr.M.Joseph Thatheus Jerome, learned counsel appearing for the respondents and perused the affidavit filed in support of this petition.

2. The delay appears to be administrative in nature and for condoning the delay, the petitioners/appellants have to be put on terms.

3. In the result, the Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered and the delay is condoned subject to the condition that the petitioners/appellants shall jointly pay a sum of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand only), to the Additional Registrar General (incharge)/ Registrar (Judicial), Madurai Bench of Madras High Court, Madurai, for improvement of amenities relating to e-filing etc., within a period of two weeks from today and file a Memo to that effect.
