This Court, by order dated 26.11.2019, directed the trial Court to complete the trial within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Thereafter, it was periodically extended. By letter dated 21.04.2021 in D.No.549/2021, the learned I Additional Sub Judge, Nagercoil has sought time to complete the trial.
