When the matter is taken up for hearing today, it is brought to the notice of this Court that the main D.V.P. Petition itself has been disposed of before the Court below. In view of the same, nothing survives for adjudication in this matter. The learned counsel for the Petitioner is not sure about this fact. 2.In view of the above development, this Criminal Original petition is closed and if at all, the main Petition is pending, the learned counsel for the Petitioner is permitted to revive this Criminal Original Petition.

Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
