ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Accused, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent 1/3

police for the offences punishable under Sections 8(c), 20(b)(ii)(C) and 25 of the NDPS Act in Crime No.119 of 2024 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. Considering the nature of the allegations in this case that the contraband acquired from A1 to A6 is of commercial quantity, and considering the fact that the petitioner, being the wife of A1, is involved in the transactions such as transferring of money, and Considering the fact that the CCTV footage of the ATM and the g-pay transactions have been annexed as materials, I am of the view that this is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail.
