ORDER : This civil miscellaneous petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.SUDALAIYANDI, Advocate for the petitioner, the Court made the following order:- 1/3

(Order of the court was delivered by G.R.Swaminathan, J.) This civil miscellaneous appeal has been filed by the husband. There has been a delay of 141 days in filing the civil miscellaneous appeal. The respondent / wife has been served. Mrs.Kala is present in person before this Court. She states that she is in indigent circumstances and she wants this Court to arrange a lawyer through legal aid. This request can certainly be accepted. However, she has no objection in condoning the delay of 141 days. The delay is condoned. The Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order. 2.The legal service authority attached to this Bench is directed to appoint a legal-aid-counsel for Mrs.Kala.
