ORDER

This writ petition is filed for a mandamus forbearing the second respondent from conducting survey and fixing the boundaries in respect of the lands in S.Nos.133/5A, 133/6A, 133/7, 100/1, 41/10A, 136/1B, 41/10A1, 41/10B, 35/20B, 136/1A, 160/1 and 193/4B at Kallanai Village Allanganallur, Madurai District District.

2. Considering the fact that the 1st petitioner has challenged the order passed by the 2nd respondent by filing an appeal before the 1st respondent, a direction is issued to the 1st respondent to dispose of the appeal within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Thereafter, if the appeal is dismissed, the respondents 1 to 4 shall proceed to survey the property in question.
