ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to quash the proceedings in M.C.No.95 of 2015, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate (Additional Mahila Court), Madurai.

2. The learned counsel for the respondent submitted that the matter has already been settled between the parties and now the husband and wife are living together.

3. In view of this development, in will not be in the interest of parties to keep the proceedings pending. Accordingly, the proceedings in M.C.No.95 of 2015, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate (Additional Mahila Court), Madurai, is quashed and this petition is allowed. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
