ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as A1 to A3, in Crime No.77 of 2017 apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 147, 294(b), 323, 324, 506(ii) I.P.C. read with Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Women Harassment Act, on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) for the respondent/State. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that earlier the petitioners were granted anticipatory bail vide ordeer dated 08.03.2017 made in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.1435 of 2017 and due to non compliance of the conditions imposed thereon, they have filed the present application again for anticipatory bail. 4.When the matter came up for hearing on 13.04.2017, the petitioners were directed to pay a sum of Rs.3,000/- in the account of Removal of Karuvelam Trees on or before and directed the Registry that the matter to be listed on 28.04.2017. Accordingly, this matter posted today. Today, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner had complied with the condition and produced the cost memo also.

5.Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case and considering the fact that already the petitioners were granted anticipatory bail, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners, with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on his appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Madurai and and on each of them executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police once in a week i.e. on every Monday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. The petitioner shall comply with the condition stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. scrupulously. 6.The petitioners shall appear before the concerned Magistrate within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy made ready, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail stands dismissed.
