ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed challenging the impugned staff fixation issued by the 3rd respondent for the Academic Year 2022-2023 for rendering single post of B.T Assistant Maths as well as single post of Physical Education teachers as surplus.

2.When the matter was came up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in view of the increased strength of the students in the petitioner's School, the respondent Authority has sanctioned the abovesaid posts to the petitioner's School.

3.In view of the aforesaid submission, this writ petition stands closed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
