This Criminal Original petition has been filed to withdraw and transfer the investigation in Crime No.52 of 2017 on the file of the second respondent to the third respondent or any other investigating agency.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that the investigation has been completed in Crime No.52 of 2017 and also filed final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Kuzhithurai. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case, the question of transfer of the investigation will not arise. Accordingly, this Criminal original petition is closed. Consequently, the connected criminal miscellaneous petition is also closed. If the petitioner has any objection, he is at liberty to challenge the final report in the manner known to law.
