ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.One Muthamal, grand-mother of the petitioners herein served as Sanitary Worker in Dindigul Corporation and retired from service on 30.06.2018. The grievance of the writ petitioners is that the retirement benefits were not settled. That led to the filing of this writ petition. 3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned standing counsel submitted that the retirement benefits have been quantified as Rs.11,11,510/- and that almost 50% of the said amount has been settled and the balance amount will be paid within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
