O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent not to interfere in the civil dispute between the petitioners and the 3rd respondent in respect of the property measuring about 1.63 acres comprised in Survey No.636/1 measuring about 7.51 cents situated at Nagaiyanallur Village, Thottiyam Taluk, Trichy District under the guise of enquiry.

2.The learned Government Advocate (criminal side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that on the complaint lodged by the third respondent, the case has been registered in Crime No.156 of 2019 as against the petitioners.

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.17141 of 2019 3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the second respondent is directed not to interfer with the civil dispute between the petitioners and the third respondent, except in the FIR registered in Crime No.156 of 2019.

4.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
