Challenging the charge memo issued as against this petitioner, he has filed this writ petition in the year 2023. 2.During the course of hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that during the pendency of this writ petition, the respondents issued a proceedings on 28.11.2024, dropping the charges levelled against this petitioner. He would further submits that in view of the said fact, no further adjudication is required in this writ petition. 3.Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
