ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner/sole accused who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 03.04.2017 for the offence under Section Girl Missing @ 366 IPC and Section 8 of POSCO Act, 2012 in Crime No.131 of 2017 on the file of the respondent/Police, seeks bail. 2.It is a case of elopement of 16 year old girl with 19 year old boy who is the petitioner herein. On receipt of a complaint, a case has been registered under ''Girl Missing'' and the girl has been secured.

3.Considering the fact that the petitioner being a college student and due to infatuation, the minor girl has gone along with the petitioner herein voluntarily, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail, subject to the following conditions:- (i)The petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the Fast Track Mahila Court, Theni. (ii)The petitioner shall report before the Investigating Officer daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
