ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking orders to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner in the guise of enquiry.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that earlier on the basis of the complaint given by the third respondent, CSR No.263 of 2024 came to be registered and the same was closed and subsequently the third respondent has given complaint before the first respondent and the same was forwarded to the second respondent and that was also, after enquiry, closed. He would further submit that as of now, there is no petition or complaint pending against the petitioner.

3. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
