JUDGMENT

This Second Appeal has been filed against the decree and judgment of the II Additional District Court, Thanjavur dated 21.09.2017 passed in A.S.No.15 of 2016 confirming the decree and judgment of the Additional Subordinate Judge, Thanjavur dated 06.02.2016 passed in O.S.No.134 of 2009.

2. It is represented by both parties that the parties have arrived at a settlement before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre and the said "Terms of Compromise" has been duly signed by both the parties and their respective counsel. A copy of the same has been placed before this Court.

3. Recording the same, this Second Appeal is disposed of in terms of the compromise entered into between the parties before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre and the said "Terms of Compromise" shall form part of this judgment. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
