ORDER

The present Contempt Petition has been filed alleging violation of the orders of this Court dated 29.04.2024 made in W.P(MD)No.10533 of 2023, wherein this Court had directed the respondent to consider the 1/4

representation of the petitioner dated 09.04.2024 and pass orders on merits.

2.The learned counsel for the respondent submitted the representation of the petitioner has been considered and the fourth respondent in the writ petition has passed an order dated 12.08.2024, which has been received by the writ petitioner. However, not being satisfied with the order of the fourth respondent, the present contempt petition has been filed.

3.Considering the fact that the order of this Court has been complied with, this Court is inclined to close this contempt petition. Accordingly, this contempt petition stands closed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the proceedings dated 12.08.2024, if she is so advised.
