Criminal Appeal is filed under section 14-A(2) of SC/ST Act,to call for the entire records pertaining to the order passesd by the special Judge for Exclusive trial cases under SC/ST(POA) Act, Dindigul,in Cr.M.P No.1582 of 2022,dated 18/10/2022 and set aside the same and consequently,enlarge apppellants on bail in connection with the case in crime No.382 of 2022 on the file of the Inspector of Police ,Batlagundu Police Station,Dindidul District. ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/s. P.Saravanan, Advocate for the Petitioner and of M/s. K.Sanjay Gandhi Government Advocate For R1 & R2,Juliet Latha for R3, this Court made the following order:

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P(MD).No.105 of 2023 in Crl.A(MD)No.782 of 2022 dated 05.01.2023.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners, Mr.K.Sanjay Gandhi, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the first respondent police and M/s.Juliet Latha, learned counsel for the second respondent are present before this Court.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly.

4. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly and also submitted that the investigation is going on.

5. Considering the nature and the gravity of offence, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.M.P(MD).No.105 of 2023 in Crl.A(MD)No.782 of 2022 dated 05.01.2023 is modified and the petitioners shall report before the concerned trial Court once in three months (i.e) on first working day of January, April, July, October at 10.30 a .m., until further orders.
