Heard the learned counsel for the writ petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for the respondents 1 to 4. 2/6

2.The respondents concede that S.No.83/5A Ruthirachakkombai Village is the patta land of the petitioner. It is further clarified that no thar road will be laid in the said land belonging to the petitioner. 3.The petitioner has given a representation dated 14.10.2022 before the District Revenue Officer, Trichy. The District Revenue Officer, Trichy is directed to dispose of the said representation and pass a speaking order after due enquiry and after putting all the interested person on notice within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I have not gone into the merits of the matter. 4.This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
