ORDER

The learned Additional Government Pleader seeks time to file a counter.

2. It is seen that though the interim order was granted by this Court as early as on 18.10.2024, till date the respondents have neither filed a counter nor filed a vacate stay petition. In view of the same, there is no point going on extending the interim order. Hence, the interim order already granted is made absolute.
