ORDER

Today, this matter has been listed under the caption "for reporting compliance".

2. By an order dated 19.11.2024, this Court directed the respondent to deposit a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) to the Legal Service Authority attached to this Bench within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of that order.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing on 30.01.2025, the learned counsel for the respondent sought for further time to comply with the order dated 19.11.2024. Hence, this Court directed the respondent to deposit the said amount within a period of 14 days from 30.01.2025.

4. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the respondent submitted that a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) has been deposited to the credit of High Court Legal Services Committee, Madurai Bench of Madras High Court, Madurai on 07.02.2025. He has filed a memo, along with the receipt, to that effect.
