ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner/accused who was remanded to judicial custody on 22.02.2017 for the offences under Sections 147,148,341,302,506(ii) IPC and Section 25(1)(A) of Arms Act, 1959 in Crime No.89 of 2017 on the file of the respondent/Police, seeks bail. 2.This petitioner is arrayed as accused in the murder of one Anna Karthi. The petitioner himself had surrendered before the Court on 22.02.2017 sensing that Police will arrest him. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submits that the investigation in this case is yet to be completed and the petitioner is a notorious one if released on bail, may indulge in similar crime and threaten the witnesses.

4.In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
