PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records on the files of the 2nd respondent pertaining to the impugned sale notices dated 12.09.2023 with regard to the properties in R.S.No.120/3 in Saiman Colony Village, Kalkulam Taluk, Kanyakumari District admeasuring 6.00 Cent and in R.S.No.433/27 in Neendakari B Village, Agasteeswaram Taluk, Kanyakumari District admeasuring 12.350 cent and to quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to grant sufficient time to petitioner to settle the entire loan accounts by considering the petitioner's representation dated 21.09.2023 within a time frame that may be fixed by this Court.
