PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling records pertaining to the order passed by the 2nd respondent, in Na.Ka.No.75/Kaa.AA.A/Si.Kaa.Va/2025, dated 22.08.2025 and quash it as illegal and consequently direct the second respondent to sanction permission to the petitioner to celebrate Sri Vinayakar Chathurti festival and its procession to be held on 28.08.2025 and give adequate police protection to take idol procession in the street.

Challenging the order passed by the second respondent, in rejecting the request of the petitioner to celebrate Sri Vinayakar Chathurti festival and its procession 28.08.2025, the petitioner has approached this Court.
2.Today(28.08.2025), when this writ petition is taken up for admission, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
3. In view of the above, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No Costs.
