ORDER:- This Petition coming up for hearing on this day , upon perusing the earlier order of this Court dated 04.03.2021 and the requisition letter of the Principal District and Sessions Judge Sivagangai vide letter in D.No.11707/2021 dated 29/12/2021, (Letter received from the District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate, Thiruppuvanam in D.No.1977/2021 dated 20/12/2021)and this Court made the following order:

By letter, dated 29.12.2021 addressed to the Additional Registrar General, the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Sivagangai has requested further time of three months to dispose of the case in C.C.No.26 of 2017.

2. Considering the aforesaid request, time is extended for a further period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, to comply with the order passed by this Court, dated 04.03.2021.
