O R D E R

The matter had been earlier listed on 01.09.2025 and was adjourned by two weeks. But, however, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor stated that the respondent police had located the boy, who is aged about 16 years. Since the boy has been located, the matter is listed today.

2. We had a discussion with boy and his mother. He is studying in +2 and is prepared to continue with his studies. There was a misunderstanding among the family members and he took the drastic decision to leave the house. We are confident that he has now realised his responsibility towards his parents and would be with his mother and also continue with his studies and with the extra curricular activities.

3. In view of the fact that the detenue had been located and is now willing to go with the parents, this Habeas Corpus Petition stands closed.
