O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to call for the records in Cr.No.205/2016 dated 30.08.2016 for the offences under Sections 3 & 4 of the Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Charging Exorbitant Interest Act, 2003 and section 506(i) of IPC on the file of the 1st respondent and quash the same.

Crl.O.P.(MD) No.5480 of 2017 the final report has been filed on 22.09.2019. The learned counsel further submitted that the concerned jurisdiction Court is the Court of Judicial Magistrate, Thirumangalam. However, it has been filed before the incharge Magistrate Court, which is the Court of Judicial Magistrate, Vadipatti.

3. In view of the above development, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the F.I.R. at this stage and recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. Consequently, connected Crl.M.P.(MD) No.3872 of 2017 is closed.
