2. The petitioner seeks a direction for speedy disposal of I.A.No.2 of 2019 in O.S.No.68 of 2019.

3. It is seen that the petition is for attachment of property before judgment and hence, the trial Court is directed to dispose I.A.No.2 of 2019 in O.S.No.68 of 2019 within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
