ORDER

This petitioner has filed this Petition to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondent Nos.1 to 3 to provide adequate Police protection to the petitioner's office bearers, subordinates and men and agent's life and safety regarding the peaceful possession and enjoyment of the petitioner's properties in S.F.No.631/2 (old S.F.No.631) to an extent of 511 acres and 11 cents situated in Mavathoor Village, Kadvaur Taluk, Karur District.

According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, there is a decree in favor of the petitioner in O.S.No.84 of 2022, on the file of the Additional District Munsif Court of Kulithalai, dated 06.07.2025. The learned counsel would submit that the respondent Nos.4 and 5, even now, are interfering in the possession of the petitioner's sangam/ suit property. 2/4

3. This Court is of the view that if there is a violation of the judgment and decree, it is for the petitioner to approach the Execution Court. The Police cannot interfere in such a dispute. It is also not known whether the respondent Nos.4 and 5 have challenged the said judgment. However, if the complaint of the petitioner discloses any cognizable offence, the third respondent Police shall consider the same and take appropriate action.
