O R D E R

The grievance of the Petitioner is that without carrying out survey of the property inherited by her from her mother in law, steps have been taken to evict her from the property, as an encroacher.

2.The learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. He points out that the Petitioner has approached this Court without applying for survey by filing appropriate application.

3.In view thereof, this Writ Petition is closed by granting leave to the Petitioner to reapproach this Court after filing appropriate application, if such application is not responded to within a reasonable time. No costs.
