ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.217 of 2022 dated 18.08.2022 pending on the file of the respondent police. 2.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that the investigation has been completed and the final report has been filed, and the same has been taken on file in C.C.No.826 of 2026 by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Nanguneri.

3.Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed, granting liberty to the petitioner to file an appropriate petition to challenge the final report. Consequently, the connected Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
