ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to provide Police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner.

2. On consideration of the complaint of the petitioner dated 06.10.2024, it can be seen that the petitioner is aggrieved of the fact that the private respondents are entering into his property and damaging the fencing and gate.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent Police would submit that the enquiry was done on the petitioner's complaint and it is closed as civil in nature.

4. In view thereof, it is open to the petitioner to approach the Civil Court and based on the interim order or decree of the Civil Court, it will be open for him to approach the respondent Police seeking for protection and only as per the Civil Court Order or direction, the respondent Police can afford protection to him.

5. With such liberty preserved to the petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
