O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to call for the records and quash the legal proceedings in Crime No.88 of 2017 on the file of the first respondent.

2. Mr.S.Chandrasekar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions submitted that the investigation has been completed and the final report is ready to be filed. Since there is an order of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD) No.5946 of 2017 stay granted by this Court, the final report has not been filed till date. The learned counsel further submitted that the investigation was conducted by the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Ommachikulam.

3. In view of the above development, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the F.I.R. at this stage. If the petitioners are aggrieved with the final report, they can always question the same if so advised. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected Crl.M.P.(MD) No.4028 of 2017 is closed.
