This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the First Information Report in Crime No.89 of 2016 on the file of the first respondent.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions submitted that the investigation has been completed and a final report has already been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Melur and the same has been taken on file in C.C.No.19/2019.

3. In view of the above, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the FIR at this stage and it is left open to the petitioners to raise all the contentions before the Court below and work out their remedy in accordance with law.
