Criminal Miscellaneous Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to Extension of time for executing the sureties in Crl O.P (MD) No. 13190 of 2023 order dated 02.08.2023 which was made ready on 18.08.2023 and which was expires on 03.09.2023 and to extend the further period of two weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of this extention order.

Order : This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.S.SIVAPRAKASH, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.R.SURESH KUMAR, Government Advocate(Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This petition is filed to extend the time limit granted in Crl.O.P(MD).No.13190 of 2023, dated 02.08.2023, on the file of the respondent police to execute the sureties before the concerned Court.
