ORDER:- This Petition coming on for hearing this day and upon perusing the petition and the earlier order of this Court dated 14/12/2020 and the requisition letter in D.No.188/2021, dated 23/10/2021 submitted by the Special Judicial Magistrate (FAC), The Special Court for Land Grabbing Cases, Tirunelveli, this Court made the following order:

Today, this case is listed under the caption "Extension of Time for Trial Court".

2.It is evident from the records that this Court vide order dated 14.12.2020, has directed the Special Court for Special Court for Land Grabbing Cases, Tirunelveli, to complete the trial in C.C.No.1 of 2015 within a period of nine months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The learned Special Judicial Magistrate (FAC), the Special Court for Land Grabbing Cases, Tirunelveli, has submitted a letter dated 23.10.2021, stating that due to lock down the case could not be disposed of and seeks further six months time for disposal of the said case. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

3.Considering the reasons assigned, this Court is inclined to extend the time sought for. Accordingly, four (4) months time is granted to the learned Special Judicial Magistrate (FAC), the Special Court for Land Grabbing Cases, Tirunelveli, to disposal of the case in C.C.No.1 of 2015 from today.
