The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition, seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to grant ''E-Permit'' in her name for the cinema theatre, namely, Central Theatre, Madurai, based on her representation, dated 27.10.2022.

Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that on 05.11.2022 an order has been passed rejecting the petitioner's claim and therefore, the learned counsel seeks the permission of this Court to withdraw the present Writ Petition with liberty to challenge the order, dated 05.11.2022, and she has also made an endorsement in the Court bundle to that effect.

3. Recording the abovesaid submission and the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as prayed for. No costs. Index : Yes/No 10.11.2022 smn2 To The District Collector, Madurai District.
