RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Criminal Miscellaneous Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to modify the condition in particularly each with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned imposed in Anticipatory Bail order in Crl.O.P.No.13192/2023 order dated 02.08.2023 by this Honble Court. Order : This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.SIVAPRAKASH.S, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.R.SURESH KUMAR, Government Advocate(Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This petition is filed to modify the condition in particularly each with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the Magistrate concerned imposed in Crl.O.P(MD).No.13192 of 2023, dated 02.08.2023.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners are belongs to same village and prayed to execute a common sureties.

4. Considering the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioners and also considering the fact that the petitioners are the same villagers, the condition 6 is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- each with common sureties.
