ORDER

This petition was filed to transfer the proceedings pending in P.R.C.No.12 of 2016 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Trichendur. 1/4

2. This petition was filed in the year 2017 and the entire Court bundle went missing. Hence, the bundle was reconstructed and posted for hearing.

3. Heard Mr.G.Jermiah, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.K.Sanjai Gandhi, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents.

4. In the considered view of this Court, no grounds have been made out for transfer of the case and accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed. However, if the case in P.R.C.No.12 of 2016 has not been disposed of till date, all efforts shall be taken to dispose of the case in P.R.C.No.12 of 2016 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Tiruchendur, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
