Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to direct the respondents to provide police protection to the premises of the Sri Srinivasa Matric Higher Secondary School, Orathanadu, Thanjavur District on the basis of its representation dated 16.05.2017. Prayer in CRL MP(MD). 7549/ 2017 in CRL OP(MD). 6250/ 2017 : Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to STAY the operation of the order passed by this Honoruable Court in Crl.O.P. (MD)No.6250 of 2017 dated 18.05.2017.

Order : These petitions coming on for orders upon perusing the petitions filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.RAMESH, Advocate for the petitioner the court made the following order:- There shall be an order of interim stay for the operation https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ of the order passed by this Court.

This Court is convinced with the fact that earlier criminal original petition filed by the petitioner was dismissed only on the ground that the dispute should be resolved by the civil court. But this fact is suppressed.
