ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- It is evident from the records that the petitioner has sought for interim bail to attend the last rites of his sister and this Court has granted interim bail and further directed him to surrender before the Jail Authority on 21.05.2017 at 06.30 a.m. 2.Since the interim bail claimed by the petitioner was already granted by this Court dated 17.05.2017, nothing survives for further adjudication in this case. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
