ORDER
Heard both sides.
2.The petitioner is a resident of Moondrumavadai. His allegation is that the petition mentioned survey numbers have been encroached. He wants the same to be removed. The petitioner has given representation in this regard. Since no action was taken, this writ petition came to be filed. 2/6
3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader on written instructions confirmed that the petition mentioned survey numbers have been classified as Kanmai. It is stated that survey is to be conducted on the next week. 4.We direct the fourth respondent to conduct survey of the petition mentioned water body. Notices will be issued to all the interested persons. If the survey exercise reveals that there is encroachment, individual notices will be issued to all the encroachers and by adhering to due process of law, the encroachments shall be removed. The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
