For Respondent : Mr.S.Manikandan, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No.128/2023 on the file of the respondent police ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Sole Accused, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 294(b), 324 and 506(ii) of IPC in Crime No.128 of 2023, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 1/3

2.The case of the prosecution is that on 01.06.2023, there was quarrel between the petitioner and the defacto complainant with regard to cutting of electric wire, who is neighbour to the petitioner. During that time, the petitioner pelted stones on the defacto complainant and caused injuries.

3.It is submitted that earlier, the petitioner moved before the Sessions Judge, Dindigul, who granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner with some conditions. But, the petitioner has not complied the condition. Therefore, he has filed a petition seeking extension of time. That was also dismissed. Now he approached this Court for anticipatory bail. This kind of petition cannot be entertained by this Court. The petitioner has already got favourable order. But without complying the condition, he approached the Court again and again. This Court is not inclined to entertain this petition. He shall not repeat the same in future. Let the petitioner appear either before the respondent police or before the trial Court and seek regular bail. 4.With the above said directions, this criminal original petition stands dismissed.
