ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner herein/1st accused who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 01.04.2017 for the alleged offence under Section Girl Missing @ 366(A), 52(A) IPC and 5(L) 6 of POSCO Act in Crime No.74 of 2017 on the file of the respondent/Police, seeks bail.

2.Based on the complaint given by one Subbiramani, this petitioner was arrested and detained. The defacto complainant is the father of the victim girl Vimala who has completed 17 years old. When the defacto complainant found that his daughter is missing in the morning on 15.03.2017, he preferred a complaint. The complaint was taken on file and First Information Report was registered on 23.03.2017 after investigation. The petitioner was secured by the respondent/Police on 01.04.2017 and remanded to judicial custody. 3.The case of the petitioner is that he and the victim girl were in love with each other for the past one year and she voluntarily eloped with him to solemnise marriage. 4.In the Accident Register, it is stated that 17 years old girl namely Ms.Vimala has eloped with Mr.Manikandan known to her for the past two years to Erode on 15.03.2017 and had sexual intercourse https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

with him with consent. The school Transfer Certificate of the victim girl shows that she was born on 20.01.2000. 5.Considering the rival submissions made by the parties, this Court is of the opinion that the petitioner may be granted bail, subject to conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail, subject to the following conditions:- (i)The petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) each, with two sureties for a like sum to the satisfaction of the Judicial Judicial Magistrate, Vedasandur, Dindigul District.
