ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners/Accused, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 318(4), 296(b) and 351(2) of BNS Act, 2023, in Crime No.264 of 2025, seek anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioners received a sum of Rs. 2,35,000/- from the defacto complainant for arranging a job in Kuwait. Hence, the case.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are innocent persons and they have not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. Hence, he prays for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioners received a sum of Rs.5,00,000/- from the defacto complainant for arranging a job in Kuwait and thereby cheated him. Therefore, he opposed for the grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

5. This Court directed the petitioners to deposit the amount. However, the learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that they are not in a position to deposit the said amount. Mediation also failed. It is an admitted fact that the petitioners received the amount for arranging a job in abroad. Considering the above facts, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
