Respondents PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to produce the detenu or body of the detenu i.e., the petitioner's wife namely, Shanmugapriya, D/o.Alagarsamy, Kachinendal, Paramakudi Taluk, Vilathur
Village, Ramanathapuram District, aged about 24 years, before this Court and set her at liberty.

ORDER
[Order of the Court was made by N.ANAND VENKATESH, J.] This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed by the husband of the detenu seeking for a direction to the respondent police to secure his wife Shanmugapriya, aged about 24 years, who is said to have been missing from October, 2022 onwards.
2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the detenu was produced before this Court. The detenu is aged about 25 years and she is a practising Advocate. She stated that there was some relationship with the petitioner and that the petitioner had forcibly married her. The detenu
further stated that she is not willing to go along with the petitioner and she on her own volition has gone back to her parents home.
3. Recording the statement of the detenu, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed. If the petitioner is aggrieved, it is left open to the petitioner to workout his remedy in the manner known to law. (M.S.R.,J.) (N.A.V.,J.) 23.11.2022 Index : Yes/No Internet : Yes rm
