2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that a special team is formed to secure the accused persons. His tower location is shown within Chennai jurisdiction and they are frequently changing their locations and phone numbers also. The aforesaid enquiry will be taken in a proper manner and it will be completed within a period of three months.

3. Recording the undertaking given by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), let the above said enquiry be completed within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 2/4

4. With the above said direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
